Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm , on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. SOLMEI cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Our team will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
